PROBLEMS WITH MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

I'M TRYING TO SET ACTIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND TRYING TO CREATE A PRO ACCOUNT SO MEMBERS CAN PURCHASE A PRO MEMBERSHIP ON MY SITE TO DO MORE THAN STANDARD MEMBERS BUT NONE OF THE ACTIONS I AM ENABLING/DISABLING ARE CLICKING.

please elaborate on what you are saying here? 

because outside of being blinded from the uppercase fonts, there is something missing here, like maybe a detailed explanation. 

i gathered that you are trying to create a custom membership level. but you then say that none of the actions are clickable. 

so therein lies the break where i am not longer able to follow?
