Page Acces Control

In the module Page Access Control, On the page access tab the non-member option is displayed. 

But on the page block access tab no.

Why? It can be fixed?

somewhat odd - but until you mentioned it - I didn't notice. But here is the deal. On each page that contains a block - you have the option of making the block viewable to Guests (non-members or anyone not signed in) or Members. Since this option is in each block already - it is not included in the page access control.

And after looking at how confusing it can be - maybe it would be a good idea to include in the page access control section as well. This way things can all be done in one place - for those who do use the Page access control module.
