Page Creation Dolphin 7

I have been looking through the docs for some information for page creation. I just keep finding the old page creation for 6.01 or older. Is there a new guide for making pages for dolphin 7.

I tried to use the old page creation tutorial and keep running into this error:

100 You have manually removed BoonEx footers without paying for the right to. Please, go to BoonEx.com and order the ad free licenses to be able to use your site without BoonEx footers. They will be automatically removed as soon as you register your ad free licenses. Please, put the __boonex_footers__ key back into Dolphin template.

Is there new documentation?

Go to administration, builders, page blocks. On this page, there will be a button to create a new page. Once you are done creating and customizing your page, you can roll it out, as the .htaccess edits are already taken care of.
