Page Creation issue

Hello. i have a issue where i created a page in the pages blocks. I created the page with the first letter capitalized but when i attempt to launch the page the Url has the page in lowercase and says "page not found".

example: http://page/Drink (was created)
Http://page/drink ( is what is attempts to resolve to)

Is there a way to either change the page to lowercase or remove the restriction on the site to allow the page to be displayed regardless if it's lower case or uppercase?
