Here is a list of page templates that I see. Can we fill in the list to which page template is used where in the system? I know that I can probably search the scripts to see where they are used but having a reference list would be nice.

I had page_81 as the account/dashboard but AndrewP said it was the searches. So what is the account page? One of the reasons I started looking at this list was that I needed to add some CSS changes to just the Profile page; and Deano's Head Injections can not be used on that page. So instead I turned to the template file.

Looks like a bunch of those files aren't called, or I can't find cases where they are. Even ran a search for the number itself, and while there are a lot of results, none mention the page file code.

that is from the member.php script.

if you asked how it gets it's page index i could have told you that one.
81 is the most widely used.
0 is one no one has mentioned yet. Most likely because page_0.html does not exist.
Page index of 0 uses default.html. Used on the following pages that i am aware of.

join.php (only when reg by invite only is on and invite cookie is not set. for the join error display)
subscription.php
viewFriends.php (Only when profile is not available. for not available error display)
member_subscriptions.php
