Page not error found when accessing Host Tools

Hi, when trying to access Host Tools in the administration area I'm getting the 404 error Page not found :( The file host_tools.php is located in the administration folder as usual. At first the Host Tools was working OK. The last thing I changed on the site was the administrator name. Could it be because of it?

Hm... now it is working fine. :) Probably a problem with my hosting. The host_tools.php is calling the function "get_phpinfo".
