Page reloads (Video example)

There are 2 sites i browse on that video.

First one is beta 7 http://demozzz.com/dolphin7b/

Second one is http://friends.smansakra.sch.id

As you can see, demozzz.com one is always reloads whole page.  2nd one i guess is beta 6 (wich is by okiewardoyo) loads straight without refreshin website.

As okiewardoyo told me, he never changed core files or anything, its clean setup, only difference is width of template and background image for blocks.

So? Is that only my paranoia? How to make the same as on okiewardoyo site?

PROKET, I REPEAT AGAIN, mine was fresh install, NO MORE..  i just make it simplerer... he
