Paid Memberships

Hey guys.  Is there a way to make the Standard Membership a "Paid" membership?  I have unchecked the "Site Running in Free Mode" button, but it still lets people sign up for free.  I have also been able to creat a "Paid" membership, but it make them sign up as a standard member first.

In dolphin people can join free. Then they have to pay to purchase membership levels to access more feature

Clayton, did you find a solution to your issue?  I am still looking for a resolution for this same issue!
