Parent is Moderator

Hello,

i want to edit the script that ist Posible for Parents to be the Moderator of the Accounts from their Childrens.

I think i have to Edit the Profile-Creation and the "isModerator" and the "isRole" , but i am not sure.

Has anyone an Idea how to realise a Parent-Childe Profile?

I aksed the Support but i dont want to By the Subprofile Module, becouse i dont know if thgis that what i need and i think we should not Pay for any change in an "Opensource" Script.

P.s. If i have a Soulution, i will shear it and not Sell ist.

Dolphin is not an open source script, it is released under the Creative Commons license.  As for the sub profile module, that is a third party add-on.

What you want to do can not be done using couple profiles; which is what I am guessing you are talking about here.  Dolphin does not use moderator role; you would have to pay to have that implemented in any way and it means a lot of work.

There is a module in the market that will allow one to assign someone to be able to log into their account and do work; but I don't think that is exactly what you want either.

I Knew that it would be a lot of work. I am looking not for an Modul, i want to change the Script.

If Dolphion is made to sell Modules, and i cant get some Help to make what i need, then i could invest more Wort an change the Script completly. But then i wouldnt pay for a Licens.

Its the third Time i asked for Help. And is the Third time i get an Add for Modules.

It schould be posible to work with the Script and get some Help from Boonex.

This has been a long standing discussion.  Dolphin is licensed code under the Creative Commons license.  It is open code, not open source.  You can make changes to the code but you can not redistribute that code and you must keep all the Boonex license text in all files.  You can not remove the attribution to Dolphin and Boonex from your site without buying a license.  I agree that Boonex should not say that Dolphin is Open Source, it is not; those words have specific meaning in the software community.

 Dolphin does not but UNA does, along with several other options.

Iv i have to inspect the hole Script to find a soulution for me. Why i should not use the Script as an Example to make my own?  Sure its a lot of work, but the work i hafe also now in order to make my changes. And if i make my own Script based on Dolphin i can make whit that what ever i want. I dont belive that i will buy a new licens. Dolphin is moar a market as a Social Network Script. Thats my Opinion so far.
