Password Email

When a user forgets his email my site does not seem to send an email back to the user when he/she clicks on "Forgot Password".

Can anyone help and suggest what is it that I have not set correctly?

are you sure the site is not sending the email? or is it getting trapped in the garbage can?

Which garbage can? Nothing in my spam folder on the receiving end here. Kindly elaborate please, so I can check this out.

Yeah, he was talking about your spam folder. For some reason there is a chronic problem with Dolphin emails going to the spam folder.

Have you tried it with test accounts using different email providers?

also, if you are on shared hosting, and you are on a hotmail or like account, make sure the IP has not been blacklisted from hotmail windows mail servers.
