Paypal Payflow

I have configured paypal payflow but get the following error:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

The email address in the admin matches the email address I use for paypal. Why am I getting this error? Is there another place to add an email address in Dolphin? There is no place in the paypal payflow module to add an email address. Has anyone got Payflow to work?

Hello Dan
There is no such error inside Dolphin itself, so the error is returned with PayFlow. Looks like the problem is there. Moreover when you are using "
PayPal PayFlow Pro" module in Dolphin you don't need to enter PayPal email directly anywhere. You need to enter credentials provided by PayFlow, like Merchant login, User login, User password. So, I recommend you to contact with PayFlow support team and ask them to check your PayFlow configuration settings.

Thanks for your reply. When I have only paypal payflow Pro turned on I get the error:

The Vendor Does Not Accept Payments

doe something else need to be turned on?

I see the memberships when I click on Upgrade Options but when I click on the Add to Cart button I get the error message.

What am I doing wrong?

When I also activate Paypal in the Payment module I get the error about the incorrect email address. Is there anything else in the dolphin modules that needs set or is the problem at Paypal?

If you are selling memberships, then you need to configure payments in Admin Panel > Modules > "Payment" or "PayPal PayFlow Pro"

If you are selling Store items ten you need to configure payments for the member which is selling items in Account > Payments > Settings

Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms

I have set up memberships and set up Paypal Payflow, the client has given me the information asked for by the payflow module but I keep getting the following error:

We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem. If this payment is for an eBay listing, you can contact the seller via the "Ask Seller a Question" link on the listing page. When you have the correct email address, payment can be made at www.paypal.com.

It sounds like the problem is within the paypal account. Since the client has given me the payflow information he must have set up payflow but it seems as though the call is being misdirected once it hits paypal. What needs to be done within paypal to direct the call to payflow?

Thanks,

Dan

After some searching under Advanced Settings> General I found a setting:

Payment module (at least one payment processing module should be installed)

I set it to Paypal Payflow Pro and now I get a new error message:

This transaction is invalid. Please return to the recipient's website to complete your transaction using their regular checkout flow.

What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone been able to get Paypal Payflow to work successfully? I have searched all through the admin and cannot find anything else to configure but it still does not work. I am desperate to get this completed. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks,

As I suspected, I found that the client has configured his paypal account incorrectly. Calling Paypal I got instructions on how to set it up correctly. Here are brief instructions:

To resolve this problem I contacted Paypal. The first step is to upgrade your paypal account to Paypal Payments Pro.

https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/paypal-payments-pro

There is a phone number for assistance or you can try it on your own.

After upgrading you will be asked to create a Paypal Manager username.

go to your Paypal Manager and sign up for recurring Billing.

Set up hosted checkout pages.

Add the paypal credentials to your Paypal Payflow module.

The upgrade to Paypal Pro is $30/month, adding recurring billing is $10/month additional.

The paypal number for assistance is 855-787-9084
