Paypal setting for D7.3.0

Hi,

I have checked all posts mentioning about paypal setting and also I have checked post below.

I have followed this post but I still get "The vendor does not accept payments"

Here is my settin detail.

Active:Checked

Mode:live

Business:my paypal account email address

Process Type:direct

Connection Type:HTTP

Identity Token:Blank

Sandbox:Blank

For paypal Website Payment Preferences:

I thing my payment and paypal setting is correct so I have no idea that I still get "The vendor does not accept payments".

If there is anyone know how to figure this out, please help!

Has anyone succeeded in making paypal work with pay before join? 

I think I have tried everything, read all posts

No matter what the return URL doesn't lead the user to the join form after payment...

I had it working with Pay Before Join, kind of.  All free membership sign ups go through perfect, go figure, but only about 50% of paid went through.  The rest would be sat in Pending, some with Order ID, most not, all would have the payment amount and be assigned to user admin.  Helpful!

Having just applied SSL to my site I have been looking at this again, following the multiple how to's posted here the majority of my payments are sat in Pending.

I'm losing so much money because of this.  Thinking I'll have to change to an honesty system. Might save me all the complaints

This error is shown when Payment Details form wasn't filled in. If you are an admin of the site and wants to sell Membership levels then you need to fill in the form in Admin panel -> Modules ->Payment -> Payment Details block. However if you want to sell products in Store then you need to fill in the similar form in user end -> My Account -> Payments -> Payment Details tab. Such situation appears because Membership levels are sold by the "Site" and it doesn't matter who of the site administrators configured membership levels and pricing for them. In the same time Store products are sold by the specific member (administrator) and he should fill in his personal Payment Details form.

It is not connected with "The vendor does not accept payments" problem but should be useful for correct usage of PayPal in Dolphin script.
