Photo Gallery Issue

So, I'm trying to remove the "My Photo Gallery" item from the left column of the Account page, using the PageBuilder. I only want "My Friends" and "Groups" in that left column. So, I drag the "My Photo Gallery" item out of the left column into Inactive Blocks and drag "My Friends" and "Groups" into the left column. I refresh my website to see if it worked, and the photo gallery is STILL THERE! The only way I can get it to go away is to have *nothing* in the left column, which obviously isn't acceptable. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go into your server via FTP and locate inc/db_cached/PageView.inc

Now, go ahead and delete the file.  Don't worry, it will come back for you.

Next, log into your admin panel and recompile the language

Finally, go to page builders and just move a couple blocks around.

Now check your site.  (It's recommended to set the Account page as you want it before you do this)

Sorry to be ignorant, but what exactly do you mean by "recompile the language?"

Also, how much of a problem is it if I don't layout the page before the last step? I will probably be making multiple changes throughout the next few days.
