Photo Module doesn't work

hello all,

please help me.
photo module doesnt work properly..
I have set up 2 different project of dolphin 7.0.9..
in one project photo module working perfectly..
but in another one not working, even when i tried to upload the photo its giving error like failed to open URL [in fire bug].. I was not able to see photo even also as a preview at upload time..

Please help me...

seeing the actual error would be beneficial. i would tend to think there is nothing wrong with the photo module, but something wrong with your configuration on the server or install.
