Photo style

Hi! I wanna ask you how to make when you look the members profile photos here http://antonlv.demozzz.com/dolphin614/browse.php  you see that there are not borders here inside the block... but if you look there http://www.boonex.us/browse.php

you see white spaces it depends from the photo size... so how to make the profile icon to look like there http://antonlv.demozzz.com/dolphin614/browse.php without white spaces on the photo ... not depending from the photo's size

again: i need all the photos to be with thE_ same height and width. and I need online or offline status to be displaied on the photo and not near it

If you don't have so many thumbnails to resize, you can import them into Photoshop (or some other software) and resize them manually...
