Photo voting/rating

Is there a way to stop members voting/rating other members photos?

I think I've found out how to disable the option.

Go to Admin > Builders > Pages Blocks and navigate to the "Photos Rate" page. You should see two items related to rating the image, where you can move them to the inactive blocks section.

No didn't work.. I disabled vote in memberships... but this stops voting on everything... I was hoping to just stop voting on photos
