Photos Rate block in PageBuilder

How to get photo rater block in page builder?

so that it can be used anywhere site wide.

this is only possible by hacking the database ... the tables "sys_page_compose" and "sys_page_compose_pages" are needed for this.

NOTE: Some blocks will not work on all pages.

The photo rate block is a special block type that will only work on the rate page because that page contains additional code that the block needs to function.

My Block tools mod can copy it but the block will not work. Manually copying it via the database will also result in a block that will not work.

I do not know of any way to create a working copy of that block
