Photos not displaying sometimes

I have this problem lately mostly when viewing photos. It seems to be a bandwidth problem but I am not sure if it is
my dsl connection or my hoster. It started after I upgraded to 7.0.1 but that could be coincidence.
If I refresh when I get the text below the photo displays ok.
Also it happens more when I am logged in as Admin and the owner of the photos than when I am logged in as a guest.
Also some of the thumbnails do not display, but may display on refresh

This is what I am getting. The wierd characters continue for a page or more and is the photo itself I assume.
