Got this error when trying to install

register_globals is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
allow_url_include is On (warning, you should have this param in Off state, or your site will unsafe)
get_magic_quotes_gpc is Off, enable it

You should contact your web host regarding PHP.ini, as they would both know where it would be located on your account, and if you can access it or not.

If your host does not allow you to edit PHP.ini yourself, your best option is to request that they add some lines to it for Dolphin.
