Pics on account page, but not on profile

Hi, I have a few members who have uploaded photos, and have reported that the picture shows on the upload picture page, but not on their profile or on the member searches, and I have experienced the same result.   The format appears correct - .jpg file, but even when I save it as a different format I get the same results.  Does anyone know what causes this and how to correct?

Have you checked Automatic photo activation after uploading

Setting/Moderation Settings

Content/Profile Photos to moderat photos as are uploaded

ok, I'm stupid.  Completely forgot that I had just changed that setting.  Good catch okweb.
