My profile pic seems to change to another one of my members uploaded pic. What is the solution for this?

I actually had this happen back in the early versions of D7 (betas and first RC releases), but I have not seen this happen recently. Are you running the newest version D7.0.6 ? Nothing to see here |

I cannot remember if that was the version I had issue with or not, but its probably close. Only thing I did was went back into my photos and reset my Avatar back to what it was.
Is there a reason why you cannot upgrade to the newest version yet? Nothing to see here |
