Placing AdSense on a D7 Site

Hello,

(1) Can anyone give me a step by step guide for placing google AdSense on my site?

(2) Would I be able to designate individual pages for specific placement of these Ads?

I would greatly appreciate any good help that can assist me.

Generate all adsense codes you want>

go to Dolphin>Builders>Pages Blocks

Create a new block in all the pages you want to show your adsense and paste the code. Create as many blocks as you want in all the pages you want.
