Plain text instead of Rich text.

Is it possible to only allow plain text instead of rich text on my website, in text area i mean.

Like composing a message or writing a description.

any way to remove the rich text editor toolbox tinymce completely? I just want to allow plaintext, I m getting lot of spam from china and I want to block external links.

There should be an option to include the toolbar in admin panel.
