Please, help needed: Extended profile view shows value and not lkey

Hi, i've got this problem with browse profile page i cannot find a solution:

I set a predefined value list for "headline" field and when i make a profile search, when i switch on extended view, it shows the value and not the associated lkey... I'm posting the screenshot to let you understand it better (in the image instead of 0, 5, 9 there would be associated Lkeys).

Thank you all for your help.

first of all, would need to know that you created the predefined list correctly, and that the particular field knows to look to the predefined list for the correct variable.

so the screenshot you provided is an end result, so what needs to be shared is how you created the predefined list and where on each of the areas you have set the specific field to use the predefined list, as well as knowing that your langkey associated with the options on the list.
