Plug Ins ??

One of my members sent me this message today - I have no idea what the problem could be and wonder if anyone could shed some light on what is causing it and how to fix.

Thanks

About the message I'm getting about plugins.  This is what is happening:  across the top of my screen just under the grey toolbar a thin line pops up and it says:

Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page...

Then on the right hand side of the screen is a grey box that you can click that says:  Install Missing Plugins

I use Firefox if this helps you understand my situation.

Now when I click install missing plugins Firefox starts searching for missing plugins but never seems to find them or it.

Now on to my next problem, when I click add your comment on your profile page, it brings me to another page which leaves me abit confused.  I don't know what to do once I get to this page??? or if I'm even suppose to be ending up on another page???

Thanks - I will let her know.

Has anyone else had the problem of being redirected to their home page when they click the 'add comment' button instead of having the comment box open.

It is happening to this same member who had the problem above

Cheers

I'm guessing that it happens because they don't have the Adobe flash player plugin installed for their web browser.

No clue on that 'add comment' problem.
