Plus One with Friend Request

I just left about thirty people using the site and we were discussing plus oneing a persons page helps the Google positioning of that page.  This is a group of all 100 people working for the same company and they are befriending each other all the time.  A great question came up with a rquest to plus one the page when the request is made and that kind of makes perfect logic to me...............any thoughts on that? Can that be done and that kind of attention for Google can do nothing but help traffic and positioning.............It really is great idea the only issue I see would be the request would require a log into a google account perhaps you must be logged in to work?  THIS IS a great idea!!.............. a slight modification? A module?  Please advise this is a time saver......................

Should be easy to put the plus one code in a page block.  I'm not sure how to do the Facebook like, but that can't be too hard either.  I tried to get the plus one code in the upper right hllively gave me the position, but it didn't work - the +1 floated around.   I will try to post with at least the +1 code, but it is readily available.
