Poor video quality and errors...

I just moved to Arvixe and am testing them out today.  I couldn't process videos on my former host so I can't compare.  I have noticed that video quality is suffering.  My test videos were 5-10 meg in size from a point and shoot camera.  Quality is excellent when run locally, but when uploaded to D7 they are fuzzy and blocky/pixelated if thats the word to use.  I don't expact as good as running them on the locally, but I was expecting better quality than this.

One thing I did notice is in the log that gets emailed are errors like this...

WARNING: The bitrate parameter is set too low. It takes bits/s as argument, not kbits/s

WARNING: The bitrate parameter is set too low. It takes bits/s as argument, not kbits/s Output #0, mp4,

Error while opening codec for output stream #0.1 - maybe incorrect parameters such as bit_rate, rate, width or height

If the bitrate parameters are set too low, is this something the host sets or something I can change?

Though I can't really help with your log outputs, I can point you in the right direction for getting video quality improved: http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/topic/Flash-Video-Quality-Mod-.htm

Good info!  I missed that thread in my searches.  I'm getting much better quality now!

Thanks!
