Our site "Stats"show 59 members but yet when you click on the members tab, it only shows 56 members! We can find the 3 members in the admin panel, but why don't these 3 members show up in the members tab? Are they somehow creating hidden profiles or hacking into our site? |
I wouldnt say that right off the bat. They need a date of birth created before they can show in the members list. As a site admin, you can edit each member from the admin panel and set a temp. birthday of at least 1990. They will show then, or should. You also might want to send an email to the members asking them to update it to the proper date. Chris Nothing to see here |
