Possible Security Attack! see my settings

What am I missing?

If you're getting a possible security attack with those settings then you are liking receiving an actual attack for the number being so high or people are trying to post embedded videos which causes PA's of about 102.

Hi I got over 50 Email last night saying  possible security attack!‏

Think I'm gonna set both to -1 upload my articles and set em back for now, thanks for input.
