Possible attack during the activation ?

Hi, i search on the forum, i read the post about the possible attack, but no one was refering the activation process...

I mean, i have the both setting set to 50 (now i change to -1), but i never (untill today) receveid the possible attack during the profile activation...

I have set my D7 to send the e-mail confirmation for actived the profile, and yesterday sign up one new member near the hour  get the possible attack e-mail message. I suppose him try to confirm the profile... :

This is what i get :

REMOTE_ADDR: 38.100.41.118
HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR:
HTTP_CLIENT_IP:
SCRIPT_FILENAME: /var/www/vhosts/xxx/httpdocs/profile_activate.php
QUERY_STRING: ConfID
REQUEST_URI: /profile_activate.php?ConfID
QUERY_STRING: ConfID
SCRIPT_NAME: /profile_activate.php
PHP_SELF: /profile_activate.php

At the beginnen i get when i try to post one blog, to send an message or something else... Was agians because my setting was not to -1 ?

Just want to be sure...

Thank and i apologise for the " N " post about the possible attack...
