Possible security attack!!!

the I get the following error :-  Possible security attack!!! All data has been collected and sent to the site owner for analysis.AnyBody help to find that why I get the error . and also help me that why capatcha image will not shown even I make Php.ini file to every folder :register_globals = Off
allow_url_include = Off  . I also get yerror when I update dolphin RC5 to Dolphin7 then I see that my all the added website are removed ! I also get error that anybody picture avtar can be applied by anybody that  is also a not good for community people. Please help /guide and advice about  dolphin7 . Thanx in advance iqbal thakur
