Predefined Lists

Go to the Field builder, in the advanced section of the field you want to edit, enter

#!<Predefined list name>

So if you have a predefined field named Color and want to show that, enter #!Color

This is case sensitive btw!

that enty goes into "possible values" but enter it without the <> signs

in your case its #!HairColor
