Predefined Values to Profile Field

i have searched forums over and over and came up w nothing on creating a predefined set of values and then connecting that to a profile field.....

Well Finaly I have discovered how to make this work without erasing one of the default predefined fields and filling it in w your info....

Simply goto Admin predefined values....add the predefined value...and then add the options....

Then goto Builders--->Profile Fields---> Drag a new item.....in the new item....Under General Select "Selector"......In Advanced--->in the check box put this

#!yourpredefinedvaluename

just #! then the name u gave your predefined value list.....hope this helps someone.....

It took me a long time to figure that out when I first started working with Dolphin also, however with D7 they have at least added the instructions to the Advanced area of the profile field definition.

Thanks for the info it help. To Add value all you need to do is add what you want the values to be in advanced then possible values. for example I wanted to add sex i would add the male and female in the possible values fill.  PHOTO ATTACHED FOR EXAMPLE
