Premium Classifieds

Ive just had premium classifieds installed on my site.

But for the life of me i cant work out how to change the categories sub & Parent and also remove the "why"

You can change the 'why?' in your language files. Just search (_modzzz_classified_why). Not sure what to do if you want to just remove the line.

As far as the cats go, you can make changes, add and remove them by going to 'modules' - 'Classifieds' - and select the 'Categories' link....

PS, I know it doesn;t work for sh_t in this new format, but you can ask your questions directly from the developer in the module support forums. Each mod has it's own thread for support.

Thank you skyforum.I thought that about the module classifieds but it does not show me a list of whats there? when i pres subs in comes up

To manage Sub-Categories, go to Parent Categories and select the Category of interest. Then click the Sub-Categories button

there is no when i can find the names of any categories only gives me the option to add more?

Each sub is only assigned to one parent. Once you have selected the parent, go to the bottom of the editor and click the sub category button, not the link at the top... Then select one from the sub drop down menu

The "why" wont change though. Its says it is but its doesnt show. Ive cleared db.

The language string for "Why" is "_modzzz_classified_why" . Do you want to rename it or remove it completely ?

I would like to rename it  "New ?please :)  Its shows its changed in the language string but doesn't work on the site still shows "why"

PM me your site Admin login details so I can take a look. Once cache is cleared, the changes should show.

Since it was asked, how would we completely remove the "why" question and text box?
