Premium member mod?

I remember seeing some where a mod that you can use to place a premium member picture over an avatar.  I can't seem to find that mod again, does anyone know and can tell me where to find it?

Arey you referring to D6 or D7?  D6 doesn't have Avatars, so that's why I'm wondering.  But your in the Dolphin General forum & not the Beta RC's if this is for D7.
