This means the user had set the viewing of their profile to prevent some members from viewing the profile; it can be set to friends or just me only viewing.

There is a checkbox for this on the form.  What you need to do is to edit the form, make the checkbox checked by default, and then hide the checkbox from your users, that is the easiest way to fix this.  Search the forum here because instructions have already been posted to the forum.

 It is being developed; you can grab the svn, but there could be things that are broken.

 I've made test and clic for both the 2 friends : the orange keys (in the profile info) and set them to friends. Only admin can see info and wall.

You can set privacy of profile blocks using the keys on the profile page; to see the privacy of the page, the member does that in profile edit.
