Private photos still show in public photo albums!

I have set my photo privacy to members only and friends only, but when I log out and go to the homepage, I can still see my photos in the public photos, what good is that? Does the privacy for photos not work? If I set them to friends only, non friends/members should NOT be able to see them anywhere.

Privacy settings does not work correctly .... yep everybody can see your photos from default album and event pics ... try this => http://www.boonex.com/unity/extensions/entry/Page_Access_Control
