When a user registers, the activation email, you arrive in spam (hotmail, and gmail) Why?

Most likley the wording of the activation email looks like spam to the filters. Hotmail sees it as spam most of the time.

About the only thing you can do is edit the template and reword it to remove the common spam trigger words and phrases.
