Problem for members using IE browsers

My dolphin service is continuing to be a problem for members using IE browsers.  Some things that work just fine with Firefox, do not work with IE browsers. Here is an example.

.

michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: When creating a post how do you create an active link to another site?
Arthur > michaelhdruckerconsulting: Highlight the text, then click the link that looks like a chain link
Arthur > michaelhdruckerconsulting: Tell me if that works for you.
michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: I am in edit mode but do not see the chain link.
Arthur > michaelhdruckerconsulting: After you highlight the text, the chain icon will appear below the drop down menu for font.
michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: Sorry, but I do not see a drop down menu.
Arthur > michaelhdruckerconsulting: I just sent a graphic of my screen.  Did you get it?
michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: Got the file. But my screen does not show the menu after Post Text and I have on the bottom of my screen "Done, but with errors on page."
Arthur > michaelhdruckerconsulting: What browser are you using.  Can you send me a screen shot?
michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: I am useing IE 7.0.5730.11 and the error is at line 85 char 3, object expected.
michaelhdruckerconsulting > Arthur: Also, my image shows my image and next to ir 1/2 of my image all in the image box

.

tinymce is apparently not loading into this member's IE browser.

.

I can not believe that this is unique to my install.

.

Has anyone had the same experience? Does anyone have any suggestions?
