Problem in install: Not recognizing my DB username

I'm doing my first Dolphin 7 install on BlueHost and I'm in the Database section. I set up my SQL File, DB Hostname (localhost), DB name, Username and Password. When I submit the information, this error message comes back:

Access denied for user 'your_usermane'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
With your_username representing the actual username I'm using in this case.

Is there something wrong with my permissions or something else I should look for to fix this issue?

Check to make sure you are actually entering the proper database connection information. Also, in case you did what I think you did: "I set up my SQL File"; if you modified the path to the SQL file, then that can be an issue. You are not suppose to change this setting, as it is configured by default. Also make sure you assigned all the needed permissions for the database user when assigning it to the database in question.

He has the wrong DB information or he changed the path to the DB.  Someone want to screenshot one for him?  I don't have one at the moment myself to toss up here.  If no one does before I can upload a fresh D7 to screenshot then I will.

Also, be sure you added the username to the database with all permissions.

Please send the graphic, mydatery. I checked my BlueHost control panel and when I set up the DB, I just did it straight from the cPanel, so I shouldn't have changed the path. I do have all permissions set for my username. So that shouldn't be the issue either.

Hang on, it's working now. No need to send the graphic.

May I ask how you got it working?

Why yes. I turns out that even though in cPanel I had all permissions for my user turned on, I did not have the main checkbox to turn all permissions on. Weird, but true.
