Problem moving to another directory

Hello,

I successfully installed the latest version of Dolphin on my server, and after the process of migrating to another site/directory (as detailed in teh Wiki) it seems as though the gzip_loader is not loading my css files. I did select APC from the Caching options listed under the Advanced Options in the admin menu. Now I cannot change the settings because the admin interface won't load, does anyone know where the settings are stored (eg: database?) so I could manually change it back to no caching?

You may find sys_db_cache_engine setting in sys_options database table.

The other cache settings can be found in this table by kateg = 3

Don't forget to remove cache files from cache folder before checking the site.
