 Hi, i installed few mod in the last days, and when today i try to make a new account i see 2 problems : 1- at the Bithday form don't appear the calendar...(but i can write the date) 2- after i sign up, the membership is "standard" also if i select the option"enable promotional membership " Now, my problem is i don't know what mod make this problem, because i installed few mod in the same time... Somebody can help me please ? Thank you ... |
Hi Stedracu, In regard to the membership, you will need to manually change the status from standard to promotion, as the administrator. To do this, you go to admin panel/users/members/ then click on the ID Number of the member. You will then have an opportuntiy to upgrade a member from standard to promotion by clicking on Set Membership; from there you can make your membership selection, including the number of days. before exiting the page, remember to scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on save. In regard to the date problem, not sure? |
Hi goldman, thank you to answer me... Yes i know about this, but before i added the mod, the upgrade to promotional was automatic... I don't know what is the file that make this... maybe for meastake i change somthing when i added some mods... It's not a big deal for the moment, but you know... i loss something was working so... About the calender i resolve, i upload agains the file BXBaseConfig.php in the folder template>base i change 2 day before. Thank anyway to help me ! ... |
