Problem please help

i uninstalled today my photo modul andthan i installed again

Now in admin i can see the photos but on homepage the photos are not there its empty.

What must i do ?

Unless you have a backup, there's nothing you can do.  When you uninstall a module, it's data is removed.

If you want everything back the way it was before you un-installed the module you need to restore the backup.

Is it a Cpanel/WHM backup or did you back everything up yourself?

i have made backup complete database from Cpanel

If you go to that same location in Cpanel where you did the backup there is a "restore" option. Just restore the site from the backup you created.
