Problem recod video

Hi to all, I have a problem with video recording.

I have update dolphin to 7.0.6 and update the server RMS but when I load a recorded video, i see it as a blank file with duration of 0 seconds. This is strange because the file is present in video folder.

Do you receive any errors when trying to record? After recording, the video will need time to process. Depending on your Cron Job settings, will depend on how long it will take.

It could be a problem with your Cron Job as well. Have you tried uploading a video from your computer to see if it works? (not embedding from YouTube).

 

If you are able to do that, and it uploads and processes, then you will know that your cron job is setup right.

Hi, i have disabled the upload of video, my users can only record a video or emebed a video from youtube.

The cron job seems to work, i have a cron job set every 5 minutes, and worked fine before the upgrade.

The strange thing is that video comments work well, and recording device I think it's the same. But i continue to see a blank file in the browser.
