Problem upgrading from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5

Hi ive encountered a problem upgrading from 6.1.4 to 6.1.5 so i can then install 6.1.6 :)

During the first upgrade to 6.1.5 i get the error " Error in adding language key", it does not really tell me much to work with thats why im asking for a bit of help please.

I had no problem with previous versions upgrading to 6.1.4

Can you someone help me resolve this issue,

Nevermind.  Ive done a fresh install :(
