Problem with Avatar

Hi,
we have a problem with the "Avatar"pictures. This will not display correctly. If I upload a picture - then you see a completely different? We have not made any changes. the error was caused suddenly.
AND: The avatar of all existing members have changed! From one day to another. ??? (see screenshot)
We use DOLPHIN 7.0.2.

Please help us.

a) Have you checked if your problem persists in multiple computers?

b) Have you tried to clean all your cache?

this trouble was in old version of dolphin. Please upgrade your dolphin with latest version.
