The Country field works just fine but fields populated from Pre_values lists always default to the first value in the list.
If you activate the Height field, set it to Selector, and chose #!Height as the data source,
you can see this problem in action. Go to the Join Page after setting up the field and select some
value other than the first one. Save it. then refresh. You'll see that it reverts back to the first choice on the list.
