Problem with edit a Profile Item in navigation menu

Hi, i want edit the profile item in navigation menu but its imposible (see picture My Profile.JPG), i can edit other item in the navigation menu (see DashBoard.JPG). How i can fix this???. Thanks and Regards

Change via database  sys_menu_top   --> my profile  --> editable (change from 0 to 1)

Backup First and keep notes on changes.
