Problem with encoding

I have dolphin 6.1.4

I installed 10 languages bought on expertzzz.com

There are a lot of misses in all of this scripts. When I add a phrase like '_block member' => 'bloquer le membre',

and upload it, I see that encoding becomes not correct. Not correct encoding of whole script in whole site.

How can I maintain encoding?

you should ask the developer who you bought the mods from as he might have faced same problem in past and knows what to do.
