Problem with video embed errors - 2 types

I'm having a hard time trying to figure out these errors.

My first problem was when I tried to submit an embeded YouTube video.  The submit button was grayed out.  I cleared my cache and was able to get that working. I then tried to submit the video and I received this error: _BX_VIDEOS_EMB_ERR after reading on the forums, I found that it could have been a problem with the video itself.  So I tried another video and I get this one: VIDEO UPLOAD FAILED (VIDEO ERROR)
The errors bounce between the 2 errors as I try different videos ... Even ones that have been suggested to try.

Can someone help me understand this problem?

I was having that problem when my site was hosed on Hostmonster. The problem went away when moved my site to Giga Pro's.

If you see language key instead value - you will need to recompile your language file of Video module.

And, so about errors during adding videos (embed or usual videos) - make sure that ffmpeg.exe application work at your site. Check host_tools.php in admin to check
